Reading Schemes at St. Augustine's

In EYFS and KS1, phonetically plausible reading books from a variety of publishers including Big Cat Collins, Bug Club, Smart Kids, Beanstalk Books and Oxford Reading Tree, are matched to Twinkl Phonics.

Some more able readers may be given books that include sounds that have not yet been taught in class but they have been assessed as able to access these.
