Parent Workshops

At St Augustine’s Catholic Primary School we consider that strong school-parent links are an essential part of ensuring our pupils achieve their potential. We believe our workshops have a key role in working towards this goal.

Our workshops are led by staff at school as well as specialist advisors from Herts For Learning. We endeavour to make them enlightening and interactive, allowing parents to contribute or just to listen to the professionals and other parents.

Our workshops involve staff presentations with visual support, video examples, suggestions for home and opportunities to ask questions, share ideas and discuss your own child.

Our Aims

  • To help parents to support their children at home
  • To provide parents with more information about how we help their children at school
  • To learn from parents' experiences
  • To facilitate links and support between parents

If you require a paper copy of any of the handouts from the workshops listed below please contact the school office.
